Application Terms

Terms for founder and startup applications to ARD PropTech.

Effective date: 1 October 2026.

These Application Terms describe the process for submitting a founder or startup application to ARD PropTech, an initiative of ARD Developers. They are intended to be read together with the ARD PropTech Privacy Policy.

1. Who May Apply

Applications may be submitted by founders, startups, teams, companies, researchers or other innovators working on technology-led solutions for the real estate sector. If you apply on behalf of a team or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to provide its information and supporting materials and to accept these terms on its behalf.

You must also have the authority to share any personal information about co-founders, team members or other individuals included in the application.

2. What You Submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of your answers and for keeping your contact information current. You must not knowingly submit misleading information, material you are not entitled to share, malicious files, passwords, private access credentials or information that is not reasonably necessary for evaluation.

ARD PropTech may request a pitch deck, founder introduction, product demonstration, registration evidence or other relevant documents as indicated in the application. Please identify any submitted information that you consider particularly confidential.

3. Your Intellectual Property

Submitting an application does not transfer ownership of your ideas, products, trademarks, code, documents or other intellectual property to ARD PropTech or ARD Developers.

By submitting materials, you authorize ARD PropTech and the persons described in the Privacy Policy to access and review those materials for evaluating your application, communicating with you and considering potential opportunities. This permission does not authorize public publication of your confidential submission materials. Any broader use or commercial arrangement would require separate agreement where appropriate.

4. Confidentiality and Sensitive Information

ARD PropTech intends to limit access to applications to authorized personnel and relevant evaluators, advisers or service providers as described in the Privacy Policy. However, submitting an application does not itself create a separate non-disclosure agreement or guarantee that every submitted idea is exclusive or protected as confidential under a separately negotiated agreement.

Consider whether highly sensitive trade secrets, unreleased source code or other proprietary details are necessary at the initial application stage. If a later evaluation requires a different level of disclosure, appropriate separate arrangements can be discussed before you provide those details.

5. Review and Selection

ARD PropTech may review applications for factors such as the real estate problem, proposed solution, technology, team, market need, business model, evidence and practical potential. ARD PropTech may request clarification or a presentation, or may decide not to proceed with an application.

Submitting an application, receiving an acknowledgement or taking part in a discussion does not guarantee selection, funding, investment, a pilot, mentorship, partnership, employment or any other commercial outcome. Any such arrangement would be subject to separate discussion and, where relevant, a written agreement.

6. Third-Party Materials and Permissions

If your application includes materials owned by someone else, you are responsible for obtaining the permissions needed to share them for the evaluation described here. Do not include third-party personal information or confidential information unless you have the necessary authority to provide it.

7. Personal Information

Personal information submitted through the application is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, including information about who may review it, how long it may be retained and how to make privacy-related requests. Applications and attachments should be submitted through the designated form rather than sent by public links or unsecured messages.

8. Communications and Withdrawal

ARD PropTech may use the contact details in your application to verify your email address, discuss your submission and provide application-related updates. You may contact ARD PropTech if your details change or if you no longer wish to be considered. A withdrawal request does not automatically remove information that must reasonably be retained for legal, operational or record-keeping purposes; privacy requests are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability of the Application Platform

ARD PropTech may change, pause or close the application process, subject to any commitments separately agreed in writing. Please keep your own copies of materials submitted. Technical faults or connectivity issues may interrupt access to the application platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

The version of these terms displayed when you submit your application will apply to that submission. Material changes for future submissions should be made available on this website with an updated revision date.
